REGISTRATION PACKAGE FEES

Amateur Pro-Am Package rates:

1.900 Euro-PP in a double room 2.250 Euro-PP in a single room

Package includes:

• 7 nights Luxury All Inclusive accommodation stay at Regnum Carya

• Token & Trolleys

• 6 Greenfees

• Halfway Snack

• Entrance fee

• Transfers between airport-hotel and golf courses

• Welcome cocktail (Monday)

• Gala dinner (Saturday)

Not included in package:

• Flights tickets and transfer

• Extras at the hotel and its facilities

Professionals

• Pro-Am package is free of charge for participating Professional teams with 3 amateurs.

• Complimentary accommodation in a single room (no extras) for 7 nights with Luxury All Inclusive

concept at Regnum Carya

• For the accompanying person, spouse/partner of each participating Professional fee will be applied.

Non-golfer

• Accommodation for 7 nights with Luxury all Inclusive concept at Regnum Carya

• Welcome cocktail (Monday)

• Gala dinner (Saturday)

REGISTRATION / PARTICIPATION POLICY

• Entries will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Places are limited to 50 teams.

• A team entry will be valid only after the full payment of the amateurs and Pro Am package fees.

• Amateurs will be required to provide their exact handicap in the entry form during the entrance and will

be asked to confirm their handicap at the registration desk of the event. Any amendments MUST be

notified by 10.00 am on the 6th of March (Sunday).

• All prize winners will be required to provide current proof of handicap before their team will be

presented with their prizes.

• The EGA handicap slope system will be applied to the tournament and each amateur will play with an

applicable handicap. Amateurs will be required to submit their exact handicap for handicap calculations.

OFFICIAL PRACTICE DAY & PRACTICE FACILITIES  

The Official Practice Day at 9th Regnum Carya Pro Am is 6th and 13th of March. 

Practice Round tee time reservations will be organized by Carya Golf Club automatically. 

The reservations will be announced on 6th of March.

MONDAY 7th of March (between 08:00-12:30) 

TUESDAY 8th of March (between 08:00-12:30)

Kindly be informed, that on the 6th of March 2022 before the Welcome Cocktail, a Competitors & Rules Briefing will be organized.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• In order to make the team registration guaranteed the payment of the Pro-Am package fees can be done online with payment order or bank transfer
• Team Registration Form without any payment will be taken to the waiting list of the Tournament. To make the registration guaranteed, the amateur participants will be required to pay the full amount of the Pro-Am package.
• Written cancellations of registrations can be accepted by email until 01st January 2022. In this case the Pro-Am package fee will be 30% refundable.
• Written cancellations received by email after 01st January 2022 will be non-refundable.
• Substitute competitors will be accepted by written application for the replacing participant until 4th February 2022. In this case, any Pro Am package fee will be retained and applied in favour of the substitute competitor,unless later makes a new payment. Substitutions can be approved by the PGA’s of Europe after 4th February2022.
• If in the current handicap, certificate of amateur will be failed of proof at the Championship Office to Round 1,in such case the payment will be non-refundable.
